On this page browse a selection of artworks that are not part of active exhibitions. These artworks are studies, sketches, past series pieces or experimental artworks. Each one of these paintings comes with the gift of safe, clean water. Nobody on earth should die from dirty water. Each sale made from this page will provide at least one person water for life: artwork descriptions below state how many people your purchase will benefit by providing clean water through the incredible work of lifesaving charity: water.
663 million people in the world live without clean water. That’s nearly 1 in 10 people worldwide. Or, ten times the population of the UK. The majority live in isolated rural areas and spend hours every day walking to collect water for their family. Not only does walking for water keep children out of school or take up time that parents could be using to earn money, but the water often carries diseases.
For £350, David Cass will create for you a small seascape. The images here are purely for illustrative purposes, but the aesthetic will be similar. Your seascape will be in gouache, on an antique wooden surface, up to a maximum of 35 x 35cm. Each commission carries the gift of clean and safe water for three people, for life, through the incredible work of charity: water.
Wherever Cass travels, he makes sure to spend as much time at the coast as possible. Here are a few seascape examples. Created in Croatia, France, Italy, Spain...
These sketches are unframed and were not originally created for the purpose of exhibition, their price reflects that. For £200 Cass will send you a seascape postcard.
Each postcard carries the gift of clean and safe water for one person, through the work of the incredible charity: water.
